Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, damaged, or defective products, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear and personal care items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but eligible items can be returned after delivery.
